Vishal Rathod Joins as AMFI’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) has chaired Vishal Rathod as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), in a strategic move to strengthen its technology leadership in a progressing mutual fund industry, aiming to get an edge on digital platforms, Vishal Rathod cybersecurity cloud infrastructure, and technology-based regulatory frameworks.

Vishal Rathod is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in IT leadership, and has expertise in driving digital transformations across NBFC and Banking sectors. He possesses a passion about augmenting cutting-edge technology with strategic business goals, fostering innovation, and championing robust cybersecurity measures to drive sustainable growth.

Technology Driven Leadership Experience

Before joining AMFI, Mr. Rathod has experience with multiple multinational companies at strategic leadership positions, leaving impact of his mastery over technology. He has worked with Asset Reconstruction Company as a Asst. Vice President – IT, and NKGSB BANK as CIO, while gaining experience with firms like SICOM Ltd, vendorfrog.com, Fintellix Solutions (formerly iCreate), Essar, Mphasis and HCL Global Systems at leadership positions
As per his qualification is concerned, he possesses an MBA degree from New York Institute of Technology, and a BE degree from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering.
