Rudraksha Nadkarni Chaired as CISO at Goa Urban Co-operative Bank

Goa Urban Co-operative Bank has appointed Rudraksha Nadkarni as CISO, bringing over 14 years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise technology management, cybersecurity governance and digital transformation. The appointment is expected to support the organisation’s technology priorities, strengthen IT operations and align digital initiatives with broader business objectives. Expressing his excitement, he posted on professional networking site LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Information Security Officer at The Goa Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd.”

With experience across the manufacturing and services sectors, Rudraksha Nadkarni has developed expertise in managing complex IT environments, overseeing enterprise technology platforms and implementing technology roadmaps that support operational efficiency and business growth.
In the new role, Rudraksha will draw on a broad range of capabilities spanning IT strategy and budgeting, vendor and partner management, organisational planning, enterprise architecture and technology governance.
Before joining this role, Rudraksha has worked with MNCs including Rosenberger Interconnect India, Remote Software Solutions, Jio, and Techser Power Solutions to name a few.
As per his educational background is concerned, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Goa Collage of Engineering.
The appointment reflects the growing importance of experienced IT leadership in helping organisations balance digital transformation, operational excellence and cybersecurity resilience. With more than 14 years of experience across enterprise technology and governance, Rudraksha Nadkarni brings a combination of technical expertise and strategic leadership to the new position.
