Swiggy Reshuffles Leadership With Appointment Of New CTO, CGPO & COO

In a big recent announcement, Swiggy reshuffles leadership roles of three senior officials at its Food Marketplace and Instamart businesses.

Himavant Kurnala has been chaired as Chief Growth & Product Officer, Instamart, Saurav Goyal as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Food Marketplace and Nitesh Garg as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Instamart.

This is happening after a series of recent leadership appointments of Swiggy, including Nandita Sinha, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Instamart, and Gautam Swaroop, Chief Business Officer (CBO), Instamart.

In the early months of this year, Swapnil Bajpai got elevated as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Swiggy’s Dineout & Scenes business. While, Sidharth Bhakoo remains as Chief Business Officer (CBO), Swiggy Food Marketplace.

Kurnala, Chief Growth & Product Officer, Instamart, has been leading the product charter of quick commerce platform since 2024, followed by expansion of his remit to incorporate growth & brand marketing.

Nitesh Garg, Chief Technology Officer of Instamart, has been working with Swiggy since over seven years, beforehand as Senior Vice President, while leading engineering for Instamart & New Initiatives.

Saurav Goyal, Chief Operating Officer of Food Marketplace, joined Swiggy in 2020 and ever since has held multiple leadership roles, ranging business finance for food, Instamart and, driver and delivery product & operations.
